The trade we offer.
You'll work on real projects across commercial, mission-critical and multi-residential - not fragments of them. You'll talk to clients directly from day one. You'll see your design decisions land on site because you'll be on site.
In return, we expect the standard of work that a small senior team can maintain. There is no back-office layer to catch mistakes; the work stands or falls on the discipline of the person delivering it.
If that trade appeals - the level of ownership in exchange for the level of discipline - that's the fit. If it doesn't, that's also fine; there are plenty of larger practices where the trade is inverted.
