Whole-building electrification of a 12-storey commercial asset, cutting gas dependence and unlocking a NABERS 5-star pathway.
The building's existing gas-fired heating and cooking loads were incompatible with the owner's 2030 decarbonisation commitment. We designed a staged electrification approach — main switchboard upgrade first, then floor-by-floor mechanical replacement — that let the asset stay fully tenanted throughout the works.
